At River Oak, all sales are final. We do not offer returns on any purchase — new or used.

Used Couch Exchanges

We offer exchanges on used couches only, within 3 days of delivery.

Here’s how it works:

  • You can exchange for any other couch available in our inventory.
  • If the new couch costs more, you pay the difference.
  • If it costs less, we refund you the difference.

Our Quality Promise

  • We do not offer traditional warranties. However, standing behind what we sell is important to us. Our reputation in the community matters, and so does your experience.
  • If an issue comes from our side — whether it’s a used piece or a new arrival — we will make it right. Missing cushions, incorrect items, or something we overlooked during inspection? We take responsibility and will resolve it.

  • Additionally, any past delivery fees are non-refundable, and a new delivery fee will be charged if delivery of the new couch is needed.

Deposits

  • Deposits for the purpose of holding a couch are refundable within 24 hours.
  • After 24hrs, they are non-refundable — no exceptions.
